What we collect
Shop details, staff accounts, customer names and phone numbers, vehicle details (make, model, registration), job records, invoices and payments you enter.
How we use it
Only to run your shop's operations: scheduling jobs, tracking parts, sending WhatsApp approval requests, invoicing through BiMPay and producing reports. We never sell your data.
Signatures & approvals
Customer signatures captured at intake and WhatsApp approval responses are stored with the job record as proof of authorisation.
Storage & security
Data is encrypted in transit and stored with access limited to your shop's accounts.
Your rights
In line with the Barbados Data Protection Act, 2019, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.
